DocPin for ChatGPT
Turn what ChatGPT makes into a page you can send.
Proposals, reports, one-pagers and dashboards from ChatGPT, live at yourname.docpin.it or your own domain. Connect once, then type @DocPin publish this.
Free for 3 pages. No credit card. Works with Claude too.
Why DocPin
Why not just keep it in ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is great at making the page. Getting it in front of a client, under your name, is the part DocPin does.
Canvas is a preview, not a page
Canvas shows the page inside your chat. To send it, you'd copy code into a file or share a chatgpt.com link, not a page under your name.
Sites are for whole websites
ChatGPT Sites builds and hosts full sites and apps on paid plans, with usage billing from 2027 and custom domains as an add-on. DocPin is for the single pages you send people.
Clients need the right access
DocPin can limit a page to a client's email or whole company, or a password, and shows you who opened it. Updates keep the same link.
Set up once, about a minute

Then just ask
Everything works from the chat
Start with @DocPin, then say what you want. ChatGPT picks the right DocPin tool and tells you what it did.
Goes live at your workspace link and you get the link back, plus a card with Open and Copy.
Publishes a new version behind the same link. Every earlier version is kept.
Limits it to a company, specific emails, or a password (Pro). The link never changes.
The page reads its numbers from page data, so later updates don't need a republish.
New values go live. Anyone with the page open sees them within a minute.
View counts, and names for people who signed in.
Groups related pages on one landing page.
Puts an earlier version live again, without losing the newer one.

Questions
DocPin for ChatGPT, answered
Which ChatGPT plans support it?
OpenAI lists custom MCP servers for ChatGPT Business and Enterprise/Edu, on the web. Availability on other plans changes, so if Plugins doesn't offer Add custom MCP server for you, you can upload the HTML at docpin.app instead.
What can DocPin see in my chats?
Only what ChatGPT sends it when you ask it to publish or change a page: the page and settings like who can open it. DocPin doesn't read your conversations, and ChatGPT asks you to confirm actions.
How is this different from ChatGPT Sites?
Sites builds and hosts whole websites and apps. DocPin publishes the individual pages you send people, from ChatGPT, Claude or a file, with access by email, company or password, version history and view counts.
Does it work with Canvas?
Yes. When Canvas has made the page you want, type @DocPin and ask it to publish it. Say “update it” after changes and the link stays the same.
What does it cost?
DocPin is free for 3 pages, with a small DocPin badge. Pro is $8 a month for unlimited pages, your own domain, passwords and people-only pages.
Send your next page on your own link
